TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Vintage Parasite strives to achieve full satisfaction from its customers. If you are not completely satisfied with purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item the following conditions must be met:
-Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery
-Item(s) must be unworn with tags/labels
intact
-if item(s) been worn or sealing plastic been open there will be a $30 restocking fee.
Once items are received and inspected, store credit will be issued electronically for the returned merchandise. If an exchange is occurring, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. Vintage Parasite is not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
*Please note customers will not be refunded for intial shipping costs. Store credit will be for retail price of the item(s) purchased*
**Items on sale or purchased during promotional sales cannot be returned or exchanged**

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders require 5-7 business days processing time prior to departing our facilities for shipment. You will receive an email with your tracking information once orders depart for shipment. For international shipping we are not responsible for custom fees. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Support@vintageparasite.com allow 24-48hrs for a response.
